What: Redesign of Samsung My Knox to make it responsive and update the overall look. Samsung MyKnox is a program used to locate lost or stolen devices.
User Problem: Users need a way to retrieve or manage lost devices
Business Goal: To provide a useful feature to users – that may influence their purchase decision.
Process: I worked with a PM in Korea, and engineers in California in order to create this feature. This included doing a review of the current “find my phone feature”, map out the users journey if they were to lose their device and design based on these findings. In person testing was done with 15 users, and changes were made based on feedback. A high fidelity design including interactions done in Axure was used in the handoff to engineering.
